I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

Why is my signature invisible in PDF?
When you use the SignFile function to add a digital signature to a PDF it adds an invisible digital signature which is not shown on any of the pages in the document.
Why is my digital signature invisible?
This is how multiple signatures can be applied to a document while preserving the document's integrity. A visible signature includes a metadata that holds a visible marker (signature appearance) when viewing the document, showing that it has been signed. An invisible signature omits this visible marker.
How do I make my signature visible in PDF?
Click on the Signature Properties button to check signature properties. In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Initially you will get the summary of the Digital Signature in the certificate viewer window.
Why is my signature blacked out in PDF?
You have to uncheck the option Convert signature to black & white if you want to create a colored PDF Sign signature. The following sections describe how to create a colored PDFSign signature in different versions. For version 7.3 and above, refer to here. For versions prior to V7.
