Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Works great, I have never had a problem. Easy to fill in forms. Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be. I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Choose Tools > Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text & Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact.
Go to Edit > Preferences, and click Accessibility from the available drop-down options in the Categories section. You can also use the Ctrl + K shortcut for the same. Check the box next to Replace Document Colors. Choose High-Contrast Colors, and select the one you want from the list of available drop-down options.
How to expand or collapse all top-level bookmarks? Click the Options icon in the Bookmarks panel. Select "Expand Top-Level Bookmarks" or "Collapse Top-Level Bookmarks". Make sure to save the file using "File > Save" menu if you want to preserve bookmarks appearance.
Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the "Fill" tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.
To do this, navigate to Tools and select Redact > Redact Text & Images > Find Text & Redact. This makes it easy to identify and then black out that content throughout the document. You can also specify general patterns, such as phone, Social Security, or credit card numbers.
