I absolutely love the collection of documents and the fact that I can make my own forms. It has nearly everything one has to know. PDfiller initially charged me for a full year, when all i wanted was a trial, so I was very upset however I am glad I kept it.

So far, I'm just using the service to fill out miscellaneous forms for my Veterans Administration file and consolidating outlines for submittal as well. So far, so good with very little issues.

I love the features of the pdfFiller, however, I gave it a 4 rating because you couldn't precisely place the fillable icon EXACTLY where you wanted, like you can in Canva. I had to go back and correct my Canva templates to accommodate the PRECISE application. (They were circular designs, not traditional checkboxes.) If I had this option, I would have given it 5 stars.
However, when I do place my fillable icon in the precise spot on the first "checkbox" it does keep all the other checkboxes in a straight line down the document, and then on the next page it can be re-adjusted again.
So far, I am very happy with the pdfFiller and its features. I have plenty more applications to use it with in the future. SO-- I would give the program a 4.5.

I am using this program for school…
I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.

How to Use the Block Out Highlight Form Feature
The Block Out Highlight Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily block out or highlight specific areas of a form. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the form you want to work on in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Highlight' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Block Out' option from the dropdown menu.

Click and drag your mouse over the area you want to block out. You can adjust the size and shape of the block out by dragging the corners.

To highlight instead of blocking out, simply choose the 'Highlight' option from the dropdown menu.

Choose the desired color for the highlight by clicking on the color palette icon next to the 'Highlight' button.

Click 'Save' to apply the block out or highlight to the form.

To remove a block out or highlight, click on it and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

You can also adjust the opacity of the block out or highlight by selecting it and using the opacity slider in the toolbar.

How do I turn off highlighting?
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all the text.
Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color.
Select No Color.
How do I turn off highlighting in Lotus Notes?
