Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

PDF filler allows one to complete a complicated form in legible printed characters. This makes a very good impression with clients, banks and other recipients of the finished document.

I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Absolute timesaver
Absolute timesaver and easy to use once you are in the form.
It's an absolute timesaver when filling in repetitive forms or having to sign and email something for signature.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

How do I terminate my Section 8 lease?
In order to terminate tenancy, the tenant must provide the owner with a written 30-day notice to vacate the unit, as required by the HUD lease. NOTE: The regulations for RHS Section 515/8 properties permit either the tenant or the owner to terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.
Can Housing Authority kick you out?
A landlord can evict for serious lease violations. Both a Housing Authority and private landlord may evict if you don't pay your rent. Non-payment of rent is good cause for eviction. However, there may be reasons why a judge might not evict you.
Can public housing kick you out?
Public Housing Eviction In some cases, there may be different notice periods for tenants, and good cause is required to evict a tenant from public housing. Evictions in public housing for non-payment of rent require 14 days' notice, which may be given before the service of a 3-day notice to pay or vacate.
Can you transfer public housing?
Public Housing transfers can take up to six months or longer depending on availability of a comparably sized unit in a safe location. Public housing tenants must continue to pay rent on their NYC HA apartments as they wait for their transfer, even if they are living in shelter or elsewhere.
Can you kick someone out without notice?
Actually, you absolutely cannot legally change the locks, 'kick someone out', or force them to move without notice. As your name is on the lease, you are technically this person's landlord, and therefore are bound by the same landlord/tenant rules that all landlords are.
Can you get kicked out of low income housing?
You can never be kicked out unless you default on the mortgage. When you choose to sell it though, you must sell it to a similar low income household and at a price that they can afford. Thus you cannot really profit from the house. The surefire way to get kicked out is to lie about your income.
