I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

Add, edit, share & highlight option in one application. Easy to use and must have application if you publish documents frequently.
If you work on PDF files daily it is a must have application. It handles PDF files and let you edit and add content very easily.

- No watermarks which makes it easy to edit and share.
It is working good till now and not found any such cons in the application. Conversion of files do takes times and using advance features needs a pro in that. It gets slower with big files.

Why does my title say void?
Titles are legal documents, meaning that you may void your title and need to obtain a duplicate copy from the DMV if you fill anything out incorrectly. Because no one wants another reason to wait at the DMV, it's important to do your research before filling out or signing your car title.
Does a duplicate title void the original title?
A duplicate title is obtained when the original title has been lost, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, or becomes illegible. When a duplicate title is issued, the original title becomes void. In the event the original title is located, destroy it to ensure it is not used in the sale or transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
Can you sell a car with a duplicate title?
Since, in most cases, it's illegal to sell a vehicle without a title, you'll need to acquire one before transferring ownership. If your title is lost or destroyed, simply apply for a replacement copy at your local department of motor vehicles (DMV).
What does a duplicate title mean?
A duplicate title means that the original title has been lost, mutilated or stolen and the owner had to apply for a replacement. It contains the legend: “This Duplicate Certificate of Title may be subject to the rights of a person under the original certificate.”
Can I get a duplicate title online?
Complete an application for the duplicate certificate of title, which is available online at your state's Department of Motor Vehicles' website or at your local DMV office. Check with the local DMV to find out what forms of identification are acceptable proofs of identity. Get your application notarized if necessary.
How long does it take to get a duplicate title?
Take your application with the required fees and documents to the DMV. After the DMV has received your application for the replacement car title, they will issue the new title. In order to protect against fraud, most states will not mail out the replacement title for 15 to 30 days.
How do you correct mileage on a car title?
The mileage on a title may be corrected by obtaining an amended odometer statement from the seller who incorrectly reported the mileage in the first place. A corrected title application can then be processed at any Secretary of State branch office.
Is it possible to get another title for a car?
First, the easy one. If you lose the Certificate of Title to the car you own no wand it was titled to you most states allow you to simply apply for a replacement title from your Secretary of State or DMV. Show some documentation that the car is titled to you, pay a fee, and you'll get the new title.
