With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

What do you like best?
I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.
What do you dislike?
I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.

We work with lots of digital documents, and since it can take a long time to fill them out through printing, writing and scanning, PDFfiller really helps to streamline the document filling and signing process. You get what you expect
What I expected from this when I signed up. It is easy to use when editing pdf files, I need to submit for my school requirements. So far, I am satisfied on what I am experiencing and giving it a 5 star.

Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience.
