Access the Blueprint Form feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and navigating to the 'Forms' section.

Click on the 'Create New Form' button and select 'Use Blueprint Form' from the dropdown menu.

Choose a template from the available options or create your own by clicking on the 'Create New Template' button.

Customize the template by adding fields, text, and other elements. You can drag and drop fields from the right sidebar onto the template.

Once you have added all the necessary fields and elements, click on the 'Save' button to save your template.

To use the template, go back to the 'Forms' section and click on the 'Create New Form' button again.

This time, select 'Use Template' from the dropdown menu and choose the template you created.

Fill out the form by entering the required information into the fields. You can also add text, checkboxes, and other elements as needed.

Save the filled-out form by clicking on the 'Save' button.

If you need to make any changes to the form, you can easily edit the template by going back to the 'Forms' section and selecting 'Edit Template' from the dropdown menu.

You can also share the form with others by clicking on the 'Share' button and entering their email addresses.

Once the form is complete, you can download it as a PDF or send it directly to others via email or fax.
