Just started using the program today. Easy so far. A little problem with the aligment of fields. It would have been great to use the "tab" key to toggle between fields.

I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose.
Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document.
There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.
