this is the only application that I can fill in the Appraisal forms on my Mac Pro. the other softwares are just for Windows based programs. This does what the others do for less than half the cost.

I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash.
I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it.
Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.

How do you record on Emoji?
Open Messages and tap to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation. Tap, then swipe left to pick your Emoji. Tap to record and to stop. You can record for 30 seconds. To choose a different Emoji with the same recording, tap another Emoji that you created. Tap to send.
How do you record a video on Emoji?
Recording a Emoji or Animal Video in the Messages App With the Animal app open in Messages and an Animal or Emoji selected, tap on the red record button to start recording a message. When finished, tap the red stop button, and then tap the blue up arrow to send.
