I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

What is a notice of intent to file a lien?
A notice of intent to lien is a lot like a demand letter. It is a document sent to certain parties on a construction project warning that if payment isn't made, the claimant intends to file a mechanics lien.
When should you file a lien?
Note: In most states, preliminary notice must be given within 10 to 20 days of the date you began work. Check your state's deadlines for filing a lien. You only have a brief period of time after you've completed the work to file for a lien, and in some states this period is as short as 60 days.
