PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

I like that I can bring in any fillable… I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

What do you like best? Definitely needed for any business that handles a lot of paperwork. We use it on almost a daily basis to fix or change a document that may have been mis-written and it is very easy to do this with PDFfiller. The ease of use is fantastic, we recommend it to everyone with a business. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options to match the color of the page when you erase something. And more font options to match the current font on a document. I also wish it was easy to upload multiple documents to create one solid PDF. That is one thing that I would like to see in any new updates. Also the system could possibly use a style refresh. It does seem a tad outdated looking, but that does not affect its usefulness. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just use it! It is worth every penny if you need to edit any documents What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily fixing business documents. Very smooth and easy to use. We are able to use this system to edit documents on a daily basis. We love that when you erase something you can just type right where you just erased so it matches the lines perfectly. It also makes it easy to fix boxes and add signature lines. It is also very smooth to upload documents and edit them. Definitely appreciate this system very much and we would recommend it to everyone we know.

Make every invoice number unique you can start from any number you want. Assign sequential invoice numbers. Assign invoice numbers in chronological way. Structure invoice numbers any way you want, you may: use only numbers 001, 002, 003 etc., include Customer Name CN001, CN002, etc.
The invoice number is any number (or any other character) assigned to that bill by the issuing company, so they can track it later. p.s. The invoice date is just the date it was issued, but should NOT be confused with the due date (the date by which the invoice needs to be paid).
An invoice number is a unique, sequential code that is systematically assigned to invoices. Invoice numbers are one of the most important aspects of invoicing as they ensure that income is properly documented for tax and accounting purposes. They also make it easier to track payments.
Navigate to Z-Billing > Billing Operations. Select the Invoice tab, and search for the invoice number. Click the invoice number in the list, then click the customer name to view the customer account. In the customer account details, scroll to the Transactions area.
An order number is a VA number by which to charge the ordered goods. The invoice number is the vendor's number for billing the ordered goods.
Letters can be used to identify different types of documents for example, an invoice number sequence could contain 'IN' and a quotation number sequence could contain 'BUT'. If you choose to include letters in your invoice number series, the letters should not be changed only numbers should increase.
An Invoice Number is generated as soon as an appointment or a point of sale instance is initiated. A Receipt Number is generated only when the full payment is made against an invoice. These are sequential numbers based on the date and time of payment of the invoice.
Invoices — what they must include Your invoice must include: a unique identification number. The date of the invoice. The amount(s) being charged.
