I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Easy to use
Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.

This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.
