Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. As a military veteran, I am constantly filling out standard forms for military, the veterans administration, etc., so this is a great way to fill out a form neatly, and methodically, instead in my own hand writing. The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.
