Took me a while to learn how to use this but it has saved me a lot!!! Using this site I have been able to save leg work as well as money! Well worth time spent learning how to use it! Still have a lot to learn!

I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.

The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

Love the product
Love the product. Works fantastic for me as a property manager. I am using this tool for not only real estate purchase forms but also tenant forms! Especially useful in our mobile workforce where people are not available to sign documents or not even in the same state. Highly recommend PDFfiller!

Works as Advertised
I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive
Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

When would you use a GC modifier?

What does a GC modifier mean?
A GC Modifier is a modifier added to a CPT code for service(s) performed in part by a resident under the direction of a teaching physician (TP). When should the GC modifier be used? A GC Modifier is used when a resident, under the direction of a teaching physician, is involved in the management and care of a patient.
Does GC modifier affect payment?
Modifier -GC (which is only for Medicare to my understanding) is an informational code only and does not affect payment. It would be attached to the teaching physician's claim in the situation that the fellow performed part of the surgery (cannot be a “key” portion unless the teaching surgeon is physically present).

Payment for services CMS will pay for services provided by a resident if a teaching physician is present during critical or key portions of the service or procedure. In some of Medicare's information the term physically present will be noted.
