Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.

I cut off the bottom part of the document. I'm trying a reprint, now and will select "fit to page" on my printer preferences to see if that works.

It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

I had a Subscription for PDF filler It worked well. Easy to use very user-friendly. Unfortunately, my financial circumstances are such. I had to cancel my subscription on the day it had renewed. A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.

How do you classify a lease?

The two most common types of leases are operating leases and financing leases (also called capital leases). In order to differentiate between the two, one must consider how fully the risks and rewards associated with ownership of the asset have been transferred to the lessee from the lessor.
How do you classify finance lease and operating lease?
An operating lease is generally treated like renting. That means the lease payments are treated as operating expenses and the asset does not show on the balance sheet.
