Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. Extremely efficient!!!
This application is so easy to use and I love that it integrates with gmail. It's extremely efficient and save a lot of time.

Easy to Use Online Document Filter
Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe.
There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

How do I change the field type in a PDF form?
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
