Easy way to fill in forms online
Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests.
This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.

How do I make changes to my food stamp case?
You may report a change online through the FSA Benefits Portal by clicking here or by contacting your local Division of Family Resources office. To find your local DR office please click here or call 1-800-403-0864.
How do I update my food stamp case?
To change your address or transfer your case, please call the Family Assistance Service Center at 1(866) 311-4287 or (615) 743-2000. It is important to confirm that the office has your correct address. Additionally, you may also use the Family Assistance Office locator to notify your county office.

Under the Change Reporting rules, you MUST report the following changes within 10 days after the end of the month in which the change happened: Changes in any source of income for anyone in your household.
