I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

What do you like best? I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!! What do you dislike? Absolutely nothing! And I am not a company shill, just impressed! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Purchase of Accounts Receivable refers to the bank buying the creditor's rights in accounts receivable possessed by the seller (creditor) against the buyer (debtor) under the commercial contract while maintaining the recourse to the debtor. The bank may have the right of recourse to the creditor or not.
It is also known as invoice financing or accounts receivable factoring. An accounts receivable purchase agreement is a financial arrangement commonly used by businesses to improve cash flow and access immediate working capital.
Purchase Price means in relation to any Eligible Account Receivable to be purchased by the Bank at any time, the purchase price thereof as calculated in ance with the then current Pricing Schedule.
Receivables Purchase Price means the fair market value of the Receivables on the Closing Date, as set forth on Schedule A to the Purchase Agreement.
Step 3: The cost of your accounts receivable is the average outstanding accounts receivable times the return you would expect to see on that money if it were in your firm's bank account. In our example, this is $100,000 x 33% = $33,333 per year!
The purchase price is the price an investor pays for an investment, and the price becomes the investor's cost basis for calculating gain or loss when selling the investment.
