It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.
What do you dislike?
I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Love this!!! Can erase words from PDF's.
You will love this program!!!
There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too.

I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

It's worked perfectly for filling out PDFs with no built-in fields, which is all I neeed it for - but it looks like a really great and easy-to-use tool from what I've seen

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
