Easy use. However I came to your site unwittingly and had already input my information before realizing you weren't the IRS site I was looking for. Needless to say I've signed up for one month and will see if I find use for it there after.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

Really convenient with good functionality
Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.
It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

I have NO ablity for photoshop
I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

So far it's a great software to use

Everything bad is always the cost to find a way to be more effective.
