The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Why do I get a notification every time a friend posts?

How do I stop getting notifications from friends posts?
Click down arrow in the top-right and select Settings. Click Notifications in the left column. Click Close Friend Activity, then click On Facebook. Click next to Close Friends activity, then select On or Off.
Why do I get FB notifications from one person?
Go to the page of your friend you want to turn notifications off. They're most likely marked as “close friend” which automatically turns on their notifications (notice it's checked here). Simply set them to Acquaintance.
Why does Facebook Notify me when someone uploads a photo?
Facebook users will receive notifications only when they're part of the intended audience for a post, such as when their friends upload photos but don't tag everyone in them. But the company knows when people might be up to no good, so it will also let you know if your photo is used as someone else's profile photo.
