I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! Intuitive and easy to use Easily and quickly fill pdfs with this simple software, just be aware there is no free option other than a 30-day trial. This software is really straightforward and easy to use. I find it intuitive and am able to edit pdfs quickly and painlessly. Adding a signature is really easy as well. I did the free trial of this software and even though I was impressed, I didn't end up purchasing the monthly subscription due to my needs. There are options out there that are free, although they're definitely inferior in terms of functionality and user interface. So I think the cost (even though it is reasonable) ended up being not worth it for me specifically in the end. Other than that, I had no problems with the software and would recommend it to someone who uses pdf software frequently.

Billing, invoices and subscription Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

I've tried their product once when I… I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.
