What do you like best? I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable What do you dislike? pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me What problems are you solving with the product? If you are a buyer, you want your deed to get you everything you bargained for. A general warranty deed is the most common. Most home sales between strangers involve a general warranty deed.
Bargain and sale deed This type of deed sometimes is used in foreclosure and tax sales. Warranties can be put into the deed to make it similar to the special warranty deed, and in that case, it's referred to as a bargain and sale deed with covenant against granters acts.
Making the Correction Obtain a copy of your current deed and download a corrective deed form from your state or county's law library. Fill in the information to reference the original deed including the original granter and grantee's names, the document number and the date and time the original deed recorded.

This issue creates a defective deed and will impact the chain of title negatively. A wrong call in the metes and bounds or a lot number mistake could lead to problems.
