Great software. Only thing is that i wish the email could be modified to where i can get paperwork sent directly to it. The automated one we're given is way to complicated to remember so copy and paste it is. Other than that this is amazing software.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

What do you like best?
I love this engine because I can graduate the size of letters, be able to type anywhere on the pages and save every minute all forms in secure.

I signed up for the free trial and was… I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. The 7-Minute Rule If the employee works at least 8 full minutes, the employer must round up. Note that this rule slightly favors the employer. In a 15-minute period, up to 7 minutes and 59 seconds of work time can be rounded down.
Some employers track employee hours worked in 15 minute increments, and the FLEA allows an employer to round employee time to the nearest quarter-hour. However, an employer may violate the FLEA minimum wage and overtime pay requirements if the employer always rounds down.

Quarter hour rounding (15 minutes): This is sometimes called the 7/8 rule. The 15 minutes is split, so it is 7 ½ minutes before the quarter-hour to 7 Â1⁄2 minutes after the quarter-hour and all the punches are on 15 minute increments. So if an employee punches in between 7:53 and 8:07 it will record the punch as 8:00.
Believe it or not, it's actually perfectly legal for an employer to modify a time card without an employee's knowledge. But if you feel your time card has somehow been adjusted unfairly, speak to your supervisor and look at the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) and Department of Labor laws to see if any have been broken.

To calculate minutes for payroll, you must convert minutes worked to decimal form. Do this by dividing the minutes by 60. Then, multiply your answer by the employee's hourly rate to get the amount you need to pay for those minutes. Next, multiply the hours worked by the pay rate.
