With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. The software is very user-friendly and FAST! I have purchased several PDF software programs through the year and many times Nuance Scansoft PDF (ver. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and have purchased the Foxit (Phantom PDF) one. I can say that the ease, the speediness of filling out PDF forms and its online platform make PDF Filler my number ONE PDF software now. I have only one recommendation. If you could make a tryout period available for the Professional and Business versions, that would be awesome!

There are two types of records, Active and Inactive. There are also two major classifications, Vital and Important. Learn more about the difference between VITAL RECORDS & IMPORTANT RECORDS An active record is a record needed to perform current operations, subject to frequent use, and usually located near the user.
A hot topic is Records Classification. For those new to the concept, classification is the “systematic identification and arrangement of business activities and/or records into categories according to logically structured conventions, methods, and procedural rules represented in a classification system” (ISO 15489-1).
Automatic document classification can be defined as content-based assignment of one or more predefined categories (topics) to documents. This makes it easier to find the relevant information at the right time and for filtering and routing documents directly to users.
The taxonomic classification system (also called the Linnaeus system after its inventor, Carl Linnaeus, a Swedish botanist, zoologist, and physician) uses a hierarchical model. Moving from the point of origin, the groups become more specific, until one branch ends as a single species.
