I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. With the robust capabilities, and plenty of time on my hands, I can plow through the case law and ca civil codes, but I can't readily find and fill out forms. While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

Amazing easy and reliable
Intuitive and logical to use. Makes my life 10x easier when sending documents. As a doctor I am constantly sending documents and anything to make this easier is worth it.
The time for loading and processing. A little cluttered and busy the interface. It would better if it were free.

Form-Filler Heaven
1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. The absolutely essential ability to easily sign documents in script via the 'sign' feature; 7. Overall, a useful, convenient app, that's nicely done. Thanks.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.
