Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

I would very much like to learn more about PDFfiller, however my Father just recently passed away and I'm currently overwhelmed with his legal matters and don't have a single free moment, at this time. I did LOVE the product!

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required.
What do you dislike?
That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often.

Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it

The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

It's great.

Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use the Clean Email in VIA Feature with pdfFiller
Open your web browser and go to pdfFiller.com
Click on "Log In" found at the upper right corner of the page
Enter your registered email address and password, then click "Log In"
Click on "My Forms" found at the left side of the page
Click on "Upload Document" then select the document that you wish to edit
Wait until the document is successfully uploaded to your account
Click on the "Edit" button found at the right side of the uploaded document
Choose "My Docs" to find the document you just uploaded
Click on the document to open the pdfFiller editor
Click on "More" located at the upper right-hand corner of the page
Select "Via" from the dropdown options
Click on "Clean" to enable the Clean Email in VIA feature
Wait until pdfFiller completes checking the document and cleaning out any sensitive or personal data
Review the document to ensure that no sensitive information was left
If you find an error, click on "Undo" to revert the changes made by pdfFiller
Once you're satisfied with the document, click on "Save" located at the upper right-hand corner of the page
Select where you would like to save the document
