cant get page to print. it says its been sent to printer, but doesn't print. Thought it could be my printer, but I checked it and it works fine. had to fax page to myself to get it to print.

good program, found it easy to use. I really like the layouts and how user friendly it was. My only concern was the pricing for me, I only needed to use it for a couple of project a month and I found cheaper yearly memberships elsewhere

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future.
