Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I really appreciated the customizable aspects of your software -- it made all the difference to my forms! The only thing that I would've liked more is if upon searching for the form, you could filter and guarantee that its the most up to date form the gov has issued. Thank you

What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! She showed me step-by-step how to do it. Thanks Anna!

I couldn't find new forms to download…
I couldn't find new forms to download from within the app but once I did find them online they were easy to work with

CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

listen I appreciate your services and recommend it to anyone based on their ability to process a financial authorization and so I didn't want PDF-filler to be discouraged but I'm sensitive to express I have to revisit your advisory environment some time after the year is up!
