I love the ease of typing on the PDF, I'm still learning how to send it to others with fill in blanks. But I like it. Pricey for the redaction ability but I suppose better than Adobe

seems fairly easy to use. I fault PDF filler for one reason. All of the files you can use to fill in are all legal based, when I tried to find a simple grid I was unable to do so, I had to make my own.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.

I didn't realize how much use I would…
I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!
