Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

What do you like best?

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Honesty and integrity are not something… Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago. I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep. I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents. The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.

How to Use the Collate Voucher Feature in pdfFiller

The Collate Voucher feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily organize and merge multiple vouchers into a single document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Collate Voucher feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work with.

Click on the 'Collate Voucher' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Here, you can add vouchers to your collated document by clicking on the 'Add Voucher' button.

Select the vouchers you want to include in your collated document from your pdfFiller account or upload new ones from your device.

Once you have added all the vouchers you need, you can rearrange their order by dragging and dropping them in the sidebar.

If necessary, you can also remove a voucher from the collated document by clicking on the 'Remove' button next to it in the sidebar.

After arranging the vouchers in the desired order, click on the 'Collate' button at the bottom of the sidebar.

In printing, the term Collate refers to the gathering and arranging of individual sheets or other printed components into a pre-determined sequence. Basically, Collating creates consistent, logical sets from multiple parts. Diagram A illustrates four sets of documents which have been collated.
Collate means that when printing more than one copy of a multi-page document, the copies will print all pages of each copy before printing the second copy. They are sorted into a correctly assembled sequence and so if you are printing multiple copies it will then print them as sets of documents, not as single pages.
The difference between collated and collated is that collated means every page of your print job is kept in order. An collated print job is made up of pages not in order.
Collate printing should be used anytime when you need a number of copies of a multi-page document that is meant to be read sequentially. The more pages in the document and the more copies you need, the more time you can save through collated printing.
Open the print dialog by pressing Ctrl + P. Go to the Page Setup tab of the Print window and choose an option from the Two-sided drop-down list. You can print more than one page of the document per side of paper too.
Select the Collate option on the copy machine. Enter the number of copies needed. Press Start. Collect the collated copies from the copy machine as it complete the copies.
Check your user's manual to determine if the pages in the document are placed face-up or face-down. Press the “Collate” button on the copier. This button will be either on the main copier touch screen, under the “Finishing” button, or it will be a hard button on the copier. Enter the number of sets you want to make.
