Good Quality
My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful.
The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size.
I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.

What is the difference between combined PDF and separate PDF?
Merging/Combining documents is used to combine separate PDF documents, the digital signatures originally present on the documents are deleted and all the pages will be combined into one single PDF file that you can now sign. A Portfolio* is a PDF file with PDFs inside it, the integrity of each document will remain.
What is alternate text in PDF?
Adding alt (alternate/alternative) text to images allows screen readers (assistive technologies) to provide visually impaired readers with a better understanding of a document's contents overall.
How to merge PDF files in order?

How to rearrange PDF files in order?
