While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I had an issue merging documents using…
I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

Well, I started with another type of editor on a free trial, got my card info, then it would not let me have my document. So got the pdfFiller and fantastic. Most easily understood no issues. Thanks for a great product.

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.

Is flattening a PDF the same as compressing?
No, compressing and flattening a PDF serve two different purposes. Compression reduces the file size by eliminating data, potentially affecting the quality depending on the compression level. Flattening, conversely, will merge all visual elements into a single layer but does not necessarily reduce the file size.
How do I compress a combined PDF?
How to compress a PDF? Put all of the PDF documents you want to compress (or just one) into a new folder. Right click on that folder. Select the “Send To” option and then click “Compressed (Zipped) folder.” A new . ZIP file will be created that contains your document(s).
How do I flatten a combined PDF?
Open the Layers panel (if the Layers panel is not visible, choose View > Navigation Panels > Layers). Click the Options pop-up, select Merge or Flatten Layers. Remember: flattening layers removes layers that aren't visible onscreen. Save > Print file.
