Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Works as Advertised I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

Their Customer service is superb. Their Customer service is superb. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled. But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked. They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.
