Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.

The PDF filler is amazing
The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

Signature Title Services, LLC is a locally owned, full service Title and Escrow Company serving all of Tennessee. Our highly professional staff handles all title and escrow services related to closing your real estate transaction and issuing the title insurance protection necessary for peace of mind.
Can buyer and seller use different title companies?
The practice of a split closing is where the buyer and the seller each use a different title company for a single closing. Therefore, even the buyer pay for both policies and chooses the title insurer, the seller can still require a closing agent of lawyer of their choice in closing the transaction.
Do buyer and seller use the same title company?
The practice is known as split closing or split settlement where the buyer and the seller each use a title company for a single transaction. This is not the same as when the buyer and seller sign the documents at different times, which happens frequently these days.
Does seller or buyer choose title company?
Can the Seller choose the Title Company? The answer to this question is YES. The accepted practice in real estate industry is for the buyer to submit an offer to purchase a property either alone or through an agent. The buyer will then select a title company.
Can a seller require a buyer to use a specific title company?
Yes. Seller will only pay for the owner's title policy if buyer uses its preferred title company. Several courts have held that an economic incentive for a buyer to use a particular title insurance company does not amount to a violation of Section 9. [8]
