This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I was very impressed with this web-based PDF editor
Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.
