While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. Wow! Customer service is A1!I needed to fill out some forms for an outfit, a one-time thing, and signed up for the trial month.Later in the month I tried to cancel the trial period before my credit card was charged the $20, but I forgot which email account I'd used to sign up, so I was unable to log in to my PDFfiller account.Today, when I received the email saying my credit card was charged the $20, I was able to contact PDFfiller since I now knew which account I'd used. I contacted them via "Contact Support" in their website and explained my situation. OMG! When it said I should receive an email in 20 minutes or less, I was thinking, "Yeah, right!" but it was literally only minutes before I received an email saying they would be glad to cancel the subscription and refund my money.If I ever need this type of service on a more regular basis, I will definitely be signing up with this company!

This really works
My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice.
I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier
I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

You get what you expect
What I expected from this when I signed up. It is easy to use when editing pdf files, I need to submit for my school requirements. So far, I am satisfied on what I am experiencing and giving it a 5 star.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

Fairly easy to navigate. Text does not always line up exactly right, but close enough to make the document readable. Overall, very pleased with the service.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.
