This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I accidently was charged after trying…
I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

How do I write my signature letter?
The signature should start directly above the first letter of the signature line in the space between the close and the signature line. How do you sign an official letter? Respectfully, Respectfully yours, Sincerely,Best wishes, All the best, Warm regards, Consider to whom you're writing.

Does your signature go before or after your typed name?
After your signature comes your typed name, followed by your title on the next line. In some cases, you may want to provide your address, email address or phone number following your title at the closing of your letter.

Signature: This should be written on the left side after the conclusion with your names. Complimentary close or Valediction: Yours faithfully or Yours sincerely always goes at the bottom of the letter. The name of the sender is printed below the signature.
