I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

It makes pdf documents manageable !! Everyone has some reason to love it!
You have to need it for every day utilization to deserve to buy.
You can do anything on a pdf document. Of course the basic features as to sign, insert date and page number. Highlight words, insert marks, cyrcle a word or an item.Insert an image easily. More specific features: eraser tool, text box, drop down menu (for someone to choose from) and verification of the document! All languages are supported.
The cost is quite salty.. and the history version is missing. Page scroll down is a bit unconvinient that wastes me time in large documents..

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.

How much do you get paid to be on call?

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, on-call hours may or may not be considered hours worked. If on-call hours count as hours worked, you need to pay your employees for their on-call time. If on-call hours are not considered hours worked, you do not need to pay your employees while they wait.

When on-call workers are hourly, their pay is governed by strict rules. An employee who is free to engage in personal activities despite being available to take calls or report back to work is not entitled to be paid on an hourly basis.
Can hourly employees be on call without pay?
As with any nonexempt employee, federal law requires that on-call, nonexempt employees must still be compensated at or above the minimum wage and must be paid overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 in any given workweek. Also, employers should make sure to check state laws on minimum wage and overtime.
