What do you like best?
This just helps a ton when I need to edit a pdf on my computer. I used to export PDFs as a jpeg and edited the photo and it was super stupid but this is perfect because I never have to try to remember how I edited a PDF the last time I did it.
What do you dislike?
It’s a little clumsy and took a bit for me to figure it out, which means I’m not excellent at explaining how to use it to other people that aren’t technologically inclined, but it still works really well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I need to edit release forms and vouchers on a daily basis for my models and it’s a breeze with this extension on my laptop.

Few years with pdffiller I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.
