I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Our company is using PDFfiller for legal forms we need to file a Mechanic's Lien and have been able to do this by ourself without the aid of an attorney which is quite a savings. The forms are accurate and legally binding.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.
