It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

One time using pdfFiller the first time…
One time using pdfFiller the first time saved me time doing a very basic operation (checking off fields when I was entering information from forms into another program). I have used the other program for over 15 years but recently moved from a PC to MacBook Pro. The program for Mac is harder to use than the PC product. I have spent too much time and frustration with that program. After one use, I had to spend much less time with little frustration. I hope it continues as I using pdfFiller

I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
