I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. Hi only needed PDF filler for one doc. Trusted the site enough to add my credit card, used the program and then deleted the account. Seems like this business is legit and would use again.

I was accidentally billed after…
I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. My refund was effected very very quickly....never had such excellent and responsive service. This first class customer support is second to none. Highly recommend pdfFiller. Thanks a bunch.Sandra

I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.
