The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up.
