i loved this. i was confused though at first about whether i could use a free trial or if i would be charged. i would recommend highlighting the free trial offer upfront to get more people to use this great product.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you
