We use this tool for document management mainly and it does the job with ease.
Document upload is real quick
Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.
I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

it's been satisfactory so far how ever with the limitations i can't justify the cost especially the requiired annual payment in which i can't afford at this time and the use of the product will be limited and not on a consistent basis therefore i can't pay the annual fee at one time

What is the easiest way to concatenate text based on criteria in Excel?
Copy (CTRL + c) this formula: Double-click on cell F4. Paste (Ctrl + v) formula to cell F4. Select the entire formula in the formula bar. Press Function key F9 and the formula is converted to an array of constants: Delete the equal sign = in the formula bar and then press Enter. Select cell F4.
How do you concatenate lists in Excel?
Select a cell where you want to enter the formula. Type =CONCATENATE(in that cell or in the formula bar. Press and hold Ctrl and click on each cell you want to concatenate. Release the Ctrl button, type the closing parenthesis in the formula bar and press Enter.
How do you conditionally concatenate a range?
Hold Ctrl + Shift then press Enter while in Edit Mode to create an array formula. For Mac, use + Shift + Return. Range This is range of values which we want to concatenate together. Delimiter This is the delimiter value which we want to use to separate values by in our concatenation.

What does the & symbol do in Excel?
'&' sign in Excel allows you to join text strings together in a formula. Would give you a result of Testing 123. Would result in the value of cell A20 and the text. In a normal text formatted cell it carries no significance.
Why does the concatenate function not work?
If you want to concatenate date and time DO NOT use CONCATENATE() and & operator because it won't work. See below: Use + operator instead: Pay attention to your data format because most of the time it's the problem in this case.
How do you use concatenate in Excel with space?
Add double quotation marks with a space between them “. For example: =CONCATENATE(“Hello”, “, “World!”). Add a space after the Text argument. For example: =CONCATENATE(“Hello “, “World!”). The string “Hello has an extra space added.
