I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

Hello, My only complaint would be opening a previous filled in UB92 form. Otherwise, I find PDFfiller a great way of quickly taking care of business... Thankls!

What do you like best?
As an attorney, I am always filling out forms and also filing documents online that need my signature. PDFfiller does all of these things with ease. It is an invaluable tool to me.
What do you dislike?
Stop changing the format. I love the way it is. Each time you make changes it slows me down as I have to learn a new way to operate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Forms are easily filled out. I can make corrections to old forms and add to text anywhere on any document.

The site is good but just takes time to… The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.

Great Customer Service! I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund.
