It's easy
It gives you access to do alot of things it's easy to understand and it gives you a lot of options to convert and send

Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

Ease of use was great and intuitive
Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

The PDF filler application and the service from customer service and billing were all really good. The application is very helpful in this format for small business needs. Would recommend.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

How does Flex license work?
Flex software is a prominent license management solution that enables software vendors to impose restrictions on the number of software seats available to their customers. Flex supports different licensing policies such as Floating (aka Concurrent) and Node Locked licenses.
How does Flex License Manager work?
LICENSE SERVER MANAGER madman or Lord Flex daemons are supplied either by the licensed FLEX enabled application publisher or by Flex era Software. Its job is to communicate with the application, and receive the license request from it. It then passes the request to the vendor daemon.
