Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Great online chat support! Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. Successful Chat Support Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief! I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Select the entire image using the Select button in the Home tab and choose Select All. A dashed line will appear around the edge. Open the Resize and Skew window by navigating to the Home tab and selecting the Resize button. Use the Resize fields to change the size of the image either by percentage or by pixels.

How do I reduce the MB size of a JPEG?

How to reduce JPEG file size on Windows Open the JPEG file with a double click or Right-click file > Open With > Photos. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Resize. Choose the recommended settings or Define custome dimentions to resize the JPEG file manually.

How do I convert an image to 1024kb?

To reduce the image size in KB or MB online, first upload it to ResizePixel's website. Enter a desired file size and select the corresponding unit of measurement (KB or MB). Then proceed to Download page to get the image file.
