A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

PDFfiller is incredible, it has allowed me to create fillable pdf forms to submit them to new recruits in our company, and that way we have reduced a lot of paperwork since all of our personnel files are in digital format. Also when interviewing for a position we have been able to automate and rank our candidates via our fillable forms.
I gotta admit it took me a while to fully master this software, I would love if it were a bit more streamlined, but after I got the hang of it this software really changed the way I work

How do I compress a Word document to fit on one page?
Shrink to One Page in Word on Your Desktop On Windows, click File > Options > Customize Ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar. In the drop-down box on the left, pick All Commands. Scroll through the commands to Shrink One Page. Click OK.
Where is the Fit to page option in Word?
Go to the Home tab and click the Shrink Text Size button. You can click the button as many times as you need to shrink the text to fit one page.
Why is my Word document file size so large?
If you embed objects (such as an Excel worksheet) in your Word documents, this will increase the size of your files. Try to avoid embedding if you need to reduce file size or convert embedded objects to pictures. To convert an embedded object to a picture, select it and then press Ctrl + Shift + F9.
How do I reduce a Word file size?
Go to File > Options > Save. Under Preserve fidelity when saving this document, do either of the following: Make sure that Embed fonts in the file is not selected. If you do embed fonts, select Embed only the characters used in the document (best for reducing file size) and Do not embed common system fonts.

To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes. Press OK at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.
